You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. In case of any unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately. Zarai Mall is not responsible for any loss resulting from failure to maintain your account security.
During registration, you agree to receive promotional emails. You can opt out at any time by replying with “unsubscribe”.

By posting, you grant us the right to use your name and submitted content publicly. Submissions must be genuine. Do not use false identities or misleading information. We reserve the right to remove or edit content at our discretion.
6. Order Acceptance & Pricing
There may be times when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. You may be asked to provide verification details (e.g. phone number, address) before order approval.
While we strive for accurate pricing, errors may occur. If a product is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the order—even if it has been confirmed or paid—and notify you of the cancellation.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights—registered or unregistered—on the Zarai Mall platforms, including text, graphics, images, software, and design, remain our property. Content is protected by Pakistan copyright laws and international treaties.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
8. Legal Disputes
In the event of a dispute between you and Zarai Mall, we aim to provide a cost-effective and neutral resolution method. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. By using our platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, subject to the Arbitration clause below.
10. Arbitration
Any dispute or claim related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, conducted in English and governed by Pakistan law, following the Rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of 1994 (Dubai).
The arbitrator shall be an independent, legally trained expert in the field of information technology. Despite this, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
