All official communications from Zarai Mall will be sent to the email address or mobile number you provided during account registration. Notices sent via email will be considered delivered 24 hours after being sent unless we receive notice that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, legal notices may be sent to your registered postal address and will be deemed received three business days after mailing.

TERMINATION

Zarai Mall reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time and without prior notice if you violate our Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and we may deactivate your account and revoke your access credentials.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the termination date, including payment obligations. You agree that Zarai Mall will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such termination. If you are dissatisfied with our services or any of our terms, your sole remedy is to stop using Zarai Mall platforms.

USER DATA & ACCOUNT DELETION

Users can create an account on ZaraiMall.pk using Facebook, Google, Apple, or an email address. This allows you to place orders and view your order history in the “My Account” section. We use this information to manage and deliver your orders efficiently.

If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you can request deletion at any time. Upon request, we will permanently delete your account and all stored data. You may register again at any point in the future.
